All seems right in this inviting bucolic scene. Spring flowers and lush green trees guide the eye down the simple welcome path to a farm goat and a cozy lit cottage. The promise of life is cuddled in warmth and safety, undaunted by the spillage of mother’s milk presumably incurred by the rough and tumble play of two kid goats. Ever vigilant of her offspring, mom seems ok with their natural rite of passage. One day they will need the full bloom of this budding assertion of self. But for now, she is content to stand back amidst their seemingly secret pact to “don’t tell mom.”
