The bird brains,
He in earth green soft cotton
Grows from a fertile ground
A bird’s-eye view
Of all the knowledge
From books of life,
Both he and his bird in love
With Darwin’s Origin of Species.
The sky’s the limit
Beyond the bookcase
Of single books to be shared
By bonded birds in flight.
